"Never missed a payment, usually paid a month early. They had an assessor look at out house, they said we had to replace our roof. Got it done. Sent in all the information a few months early. Got an email on Monday that says we have to have it inspected and get the report to underwriting by Friday or else they will cancel the policy. I did everything they asked spent 17k. Just for them to screw me in the last week of my policy"
